In this taxing and unsettling time, Aramark is deploying our technical resources, partners and vendors to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic. While we offer our profound concern and compassion for those impacted by COVID-19, we are also vigilantly working to meet the needs of our employees, clients, and customers.
Our COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan provides a clear roadmap for how we respond to client situations. We have defined three COVID-19 threat escalation categories, along with corresponding specific response guidance. This is a dynamic plan that is aligned with ever changing CDC, OSHA, and NIH guidelines for cleaning and employee safety.
To assure our continued operations at our sites, we have established deep partnerships and continuous communication with our suppliers and channel partners. We have and continue to secure inventory of the most critical menu items, cleaning products and PPE. Additionally, contingency plans are in place for variability in staff availability. Communication plans are in place to assure employees and clients have the most current information available.
Subject to applicable law, we are prepared to provide cleaning services aligned with your organizational goals and facility needs. Any changes in products, scope, frequency or price requires a signed agreement before performing work. We will assess your designated threat escalation category and provide the appropriate cleaning and disinfection per CDC guidelines.
